The Howey Mansion does allow professional photo shoots and commercial filming on the property and inside the Mansion. 
The stunning architecture and beautiful grounds make the Howey Mansion Estate an ideal backdrop for engagement and wedding photography,
style shoots, feature-length films, television and more.

STYLE SHOOTS AND COMMERCIAL FILMING

SCHEDULED TIME

• Your booking reservation includes arrival and departure times.
• Be sure to plan time for setup and strike of equipment. 
• All items brought in must be removed and the Mansion must be vacated by the end of your booking reservation time.
• Overtime will be billed in 1-hour increments at a rate of 1½ times the stated hourly rate.
• Vendors must be licensed and insured.

CLEANING / DAMAGES

• Please be respectful of the Howey Mansion Estate. We are on the National Registry of Historic Places.
• We expect you to leave the Estate in the same condition you found it.
• Nothing can be taped, nailed or in any way hung from the ceilings, walls, windows, doors, fireplaces or fixtures.
• Damages to the ceilings, walls, windows, doors, fireplaces, fixtures, furniture, etc., will be billed to the credit card on file.
• At the end of the event, all furniture and furnishings must be returned to their original location.
• Cleaning covers basic cleaning. An additional charge of $500 will be applied if it exceeds basic cleaning.​

OUR NEIGHBORS
The Mansion is located in a residential neighborhood, removed from regular city traffic sounds. 
So that we do not disturb our neighbors, there can be no noise or lighting for effect coming from the Estate after 11 pm.
