​It includes the 5 Bedrooms/4 Baths upstairs in the Mansion.
It sleeps a total of 10 guests.  $3,000 for this special overnight.

The Howey Mansion Gardener’s Cottage tucked away at the back of the Howey Mansion Estate is
1 bedroom/1 bath with a living room, separate dining room and a full kitchen.  
The bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle.
​It sleeps 4 guests.  $300 per night.

The Howey Mansion Carriage House overlooking the Courtyard of the Howey Mansion is
2 bedrooms/1 bath with a living room/dining room combination and a full kitchen. 
Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a twin bed.

The Howey Grove Bungalow is 2½ miles from the Howey Mansion Estate on just over half an acre.
3 bedrooms/2 baths with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room and a large screened front porch.
​Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. ​
Additional rollaway twin bed.
​It sleeps 7+ guests.  $300 per night.

The Howey Lake House is 3 miles from the Howey Mansion Estate on beautiful Lake Harris.
3 bedrooms/2 baths with 2 living rooms, dining room, full kitchen and laundry room.  
Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a twin bed.
​Queen sofa bed in the living room.
​It sleeps 7+ guests.  $300 per night.

FAMILY OR HONEYMOON GETAWAY​

​The Howey Beach House at New Smyrna Beach sits overlooking the majestic Atlantic Ocean.
4 bedrooms/4 baths with an open floor plan living room, dining room and full kitchen. On the exterior of this level is a wrap-around porch.
There is a laundry in the hallway. Parking for 4 cars maximum.
Bedroom 1 has a California king bed and a day bed with a trundle. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with 5 twin beds and a trundle.
It sleeps 14 guests. $750 per night, 2 night minimum.
