Make Your Vision A Reality At The Howey Mansion Estate
The Howey Mansion does allow professional photoshoots and commercial filming on the property and inside the Mansion. The stunning architecture and beautiful grounds make the Howey Mansion Estate an ideal backdrop for wedding photos, magazine shoots, commercials, television programs, documentaries, feature length film and more.
PRICING Our rates for photo shoots are $300 per hour, Monday - Friday, 10 am - 5 pm. Anything outside of these hours are $500 per hour.
OVERTIME
Your booking reservation includes arrival and departure time.
Be sure to plan time for setup and strike of equipment and decor.
All items brought in must be removed and the Mansion must be vacated by the end of your booking reservation.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Please be respectful of the Howey Mansion Estate. We are on the National Historic Registry.
Guests are expected to leave the Estate in the same condition as they found it in.
No nails, screws, staples, tape, gummed backing material or penetrating items should be used on anything.
Damages to the walls, floors, furniture, etc. will be billed to the credit card on file.
At the end of the event, all furniture and furnishings must be returned to their original location.
The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. An additional charge of $500 will be applied, if basic cleaning is exceeded.
NEIGHBORHOOD The Mansion is located in a residential neighborhood, removed from regular city traffic sounds. So that we don't disturb our neighbors, there can be no noise coming from the Mansion after 11 pm.
